Library Services Centre (LSC) is one of Canada's largest providers of bibliographic material to libraries. Nationally, LSC would rank in the top 5 book wholesalers to libraries, and would be number 1 or 2 as a supplier to public libraries. LSC serves more than 200 institutions.
LSC's acquisition services supplies over 1 million items to libraries annually.
LSC's value added consists of dealing with over 8,000 publishers, taking delivery of the material, and consolidating this material for the library. LSC maintains a database of more than 2.400,000 titles. LSC adds more than 70,000 new titles per year.
